Be Happy

The lack of appreciation of the good things of this world seems the hallmark of our day and age. It seems as though despite the work and beauty that God placed into all creation goes unadmired and unseen by many. I sometimes wonder about the depression that is rampant amongst people, the unhappiness and the general misery of so many people when right outside their front door there is a beautiful world , and all that is needed is to spend a little time, in the quite of an afternoon pasture or park.

If I were to say one of the largest problems that we have is one that we don't even acknowledge.
It is our lack of time to think, pray, ponder, and to immerse yourself into your own mind.
Whether during this time we think of important or trivial, it doesn't really matter all that matters is that we can refresh our minds with the purity of thought.
